TRAINING SERIES FOR EXECUTIVE & ADMINISTRATIVE EXCELLENCE

NEW APPROACHES FOR A NEW ERA

Strategic decision making is an essential skill in the dynamic climate of 21st-century education. This training series for Executive & Administrative Excellence is designed to give senior institutional leaders a toolkit for intentional, data-informed leadership in high quality educational environments.

IDEAL AUDIENCE:  This training series is designed for a small group of 2-3 leaders from the same institution, in any of the following roles: presidents, provosts, vice-presidents, vice-provosts, deans, assistant vice-presidents, principals, or other senior administrators. 

TIME COMMITMENT:  Training sessions will consist of two 90-minute sessions each week for six weeks (12 sessions total). The first session each week will be dedicated to exploration of the key leadership frameworks that structure the learning experience. The second session each week will be for reflective discussion as the leadership principles are put into practice.  

COST:  The training series is priced at $8,500, which accommodates 2-3 participants from a single institution.
